    Long Arms with Prime Flutter

    I wanted to love this dress more because it does have a nice flutter when the girls twirl to show off. The arms are really long, and my daughter is average height for her age. The arm elastic was also a bit tight, it left some marks. Overall, the dress is cute, so we adjusted the sleeves and made short ones.
