Do past purchases count towards points or tier status?
Sir Proper Stork Society rewards, points, and tier status will begin being accrued on or after August 2, 2021. Any purchase activity prior to August 2, 2021 will not be considered when calculating rewards, points, or tier status.
If I place an order under a different email address, can my points be combine under one account?
We are unable to make point or reward adjustments of any kind.
Will I see my points immediately after a purchase?
Points will not be awarded until your order ships.
Can I use points and another discount code on the same order?
Points cannot be combined with other discount codes.
When does tier status expire?
Tier status is based on a rolling year and will expire after 12 months of inactivity.

Points will expire after 12 months of inactivity.
Can I enter multiple birthdays for the birthday reward?
You can only enter one birthday per account.
When will I receive the birthday reward?
You will receive the reward on your birthday. If your birthday is within the next 30 days, your reward will be granted in delay, up to 30 days.
What if I was signed up for Sir Proper's Birthday Club?
We have a new and improved birthday club, and it is a part of The Stork Society. Head to the rewards page to fill in your birthday & receive 100 points on your birthday.
If items are returned, the corresponding number of points will be deducted from the customer's account.
