Which seasons will be included in the Sample Sale?
Each Happy Mystery Mail pack contains samples from current and past seasons. There are no future seasons included.
Will there be a lot of inventory for each type of Happy Mystery Mail pack?
Since these items are samples, inventory will be limited.
Will items in the sale be eligible for return?
All Happy Mystery mail is final sale. No returns or exchanges. No exceptions.
Could sample sale items have defects?
Samples could have minor defects including but not limited to: fabric flaws, missing buttons, small pen marks, fit, etc.
Will each mystery pack contain different items?
Each Happy Mystery Mail pack will have 5 or 10 different items (depending on the pack you select). If you order multiple packs of the same category and season, you could receive duplicate items.
Am I able to edit my order once it has been placed?
We are unable to edit an order once it has been placed. Please review your buggy and shipping information prior to completing the order.
If I have a question, what is the best way to reach the customer relations team?
Response times from our customer service team could be longer. All emails will be answered in the order in which they are received.
Will orders have the traditional T.B.B.C. gift wrap?
Orders will not be shipping in traditional T.B.B.C. gift wrap.
How will I be notified if an item is out of stock?
If an item is out of stock, you will receive a refund notification via email.
Can I use Afterpay on my sample sale order?
No, Afterpay will not be available on these products.
